Count what you carry
The teaching
Parigraha is grasping in every direction; aparigraha, named as the fifth yama, is its absence. Before you can loosen a grip you have to feel it, and the easiest place to feel it is in a drawer you haven't opened in a year.
— Yoga Sūtra 2.30
Today’s practice
Empty one drawer completely onto a flat surface. Put back only what you have actually used in the last twelve months. Everything else goes in a box by the door.
Sit with this
What did you put back out of fear rather than use?
